Our Mission

We aim at setting up a network of Arhanta Yoga Centeres all over the world, to spread our vision and philosophy about Yoga and How to teach Yoga. We offer our graduates the chance to obtain a  Yoga Franchise and we will provide them with our full support in setting up their own Yoga Studio or Yoga Center in the lineage of Classical Yoga.

In our Yoga Centre in Tilburg, the Netherlands we aim to spread awareness and help our students to achieve good health, awareness and peace through practical application and practice of  Yoga and ancient wisdom of Vedic philosophies.

Arhanta Yoga Tilburg organizes intensive Yoga courses and meditation workshops as well as non-residential 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher Training Courses along with the ongoing regular Hatha Yoga classes.

The Hatha Yoga classes at Arhanta Yoga Tilburg follow the principles and structure of the Arhanta Yoga Class. The class starts with a short relaxation which is followed by breathing exercises. With the sun salutation we warm up our body. We warm up our spine and our muscles and feel how the cosmic energy, through our breath, enters our body. The practice of the hatha yoga poses, in alteration with short relaxations in between, forms another part of the class. The focus here lies on increasing the flexibility of our spine. We hold the poses for some time and focus on our breath and on the peace within us. The last part of the yoga class consists of a deep relaxation. We guide our body, our mind and our soul to relax completely and wake up full of energy and peace.
