This 50-hour refresher course is designed for our 200-hour yoga teacher training graduates. It is normal to forget some of the information learned in your teacher training course after some time. This one week-long, residential immersion is designed to refresh the knowledge and skills learned during the Arhanta Yoga 200 hour Yoga teacher training.
