At Arhanta we strive to maintain the authenticity of the tradition & teachings of Swami Sivananda (1887-1963). These teachings have been passed from the teacher to student in the traditional ‘Gurukula system’. Swami Sivananda taught and served all seekers without any discrimination or judgement.

200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our Yoga Alliance accredited 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training creates an important foundation for you to start your journey as a yoga teacher. In this course you will learn all the necessary skills to start teaching yoga professionally. This foundational course will give you complete skills for teaching yoga. You will learn; how to instruct, adjust, correct, modify & structure a comprehensive yoga class.

300 hour Yoga Teacher Training

For graduates of any 200 hour training we offer a 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training. This multi-style training helps you to take your own practice to the next level and to develop more advanced teaching skills. After this training you will be able to teach advanced Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama & meditation to your students. 

500 hour Yoga Teacher Training

Become an advanced yoga teacher after completing this intensive and complete course. The 500 hour training is compromised of the 200 hour Hatha Yoga TTC (level 1) and the 300 hour Multi-Style Yoga TTC (level 2) in a total of 8 weeks. This course gives you an edge to teach multi-style yoga; Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa as well as advanced pranayama, meditation and yoga anatomy.

50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Our 50 hour Yin Yoga teacher training is a proven course to prepare you with all the necessary and important tools to teach safe and engaging Yin Yoga classes. This one week course also provides a safe and intensive learning platform for those seeking a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga. The course covers extensive curriculum of 30 Yin asanas, philosophy, anatomy & teaching practices.

50 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Our 50 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training is especially designed for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge and teaching skills to teach Vinyasa Yoga. This one week, 50 hour intensive Vinyasa Yoga teacher certification course covers Vinyasa  flow sequences, philosophy & anatomy to teach safe & inspiring Vinyasa classes.

50 hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course

Our 6 days, 50 hour Yoga Nidra teacher training has been carefully crafted to give the student a thorough knowledge of teaching Yoga Nidra sessions. This course will give you in-depth knowledge of the theory, systems and the practice of Yoga nidra. After completing the course you will be able to give efficient sessions with confidence.

50 hour Yoga teacher training Refresher Course

Our 50 hour Yoga teacher training Refresher Course is designed to refresh the skills and knowledge learnt during your 200 hour yoga teacher training. This continuing education course is accredited by Yoga Alliance and and provides the opportunity to review corrections, modifications and adjustment, yoga anatomy and  the most important concepts  of yoga philosophy.  During these 6 times you get to immerse yourself into the ashram life and deepen your yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice. You will also get the chance to exchange teaching experiences and seek advice for any difficulties you came across while teaching.
