Our Women’s Holistic Health Coach Certification is a stand-alone course and does not require previous education. However if you want to teach, a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in any other style (preferably Hatha Yoga) is recommended.
Understanding better women's health as a certified yoga teacher was a must for me. I feel now more competent to go deeper in that subject with my students. I recommend this course, which is very well made through videos, pdf ect.. Every week I asked questions on the group chat and got answers very quickly.
Excelent! Lost of information based in science and the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda combined. Highly recommended.
I am both a doctor and a yoga teacher, most of my patients are women affected by chronic diseases. This course is really an amazing, it is helping me building confidence with myself and understanding my natural cycles and balances and I hope it will help me with my patients too.
I was looking for a yoga course that would help me to adapt classes for menopause. Once you've completed this course, you realise that you can't just only look at that one phase of a women's life, it's about the full journey, from first menstruation. Once you understand all the elements and possible imbalances, you can apply that to every stage.
If you’re looking to deepen your knowledge to help others or even just learn more about yourself and your cycles. I would definitely recommend this course. The content is incredible and Sarah is amazing!
This course with Sarah has been such a blessing in my life. I loved learning about myself, and about yoga and Ayurveda specifically for women. The videos and material were very professionally prepared, and I felt that this course was very complete. I not only enjoyed going through and completing the course, but also returning to the yoga practices even after I finished the course.
I’m beyond happy I took the Female Holistic Health Course! It gave me amazing tools for my well-being, and I feel more energized and balanced than ever.
I loved this course! It helped me get a deeper understanding of menstruation, menopause, and Ayurveda, which will help me navigate through these things easier, I'm sure. As a Yoga Teacher, it will also help me tailor my yoga classes to specific needs or themes. Highly recommend this course to all women!
Good course that unifies the vision of the cycles yoga, and ayurveda. Very interesting and worth to do it.
This course was very informative and very in line with the knowledge I already had before starting it which showed me that it is based on real knowledge of the human body and especially the female body. Very grateful to have found it.
Thank you
P.S really liked the fact that it has a manual with all the lessons notes.
Learned a lot and got great insights and feedback on the assignments and my yoga flows!
I found this course very informative in Womens issues and how we can help with Yoga and Ayurveda. Thank you Sarah.
Catherine
Really enjoyed this course. I learnt lots of new knowledge that I can apply to my own life as well as sharing them with others women. The course was easy to follow and with the new found knowledge, it will allow me to be more creative when designing yoga classes. Would recommend this course even if it is for your own personal wellbeing.
I enjoyed so much doing the course. Very informative and the way everything was presented was easy to understand and learn. I'm very satisfied with this course.
I binged the entire course and then started all over again. The knowledge shared is amazing and super interesting and it's explained in such a way that it is immediately applicable.
I haven't finished yet but the modules that i have finished were really excellent. I didn't expect it!
I loved the information brought forward in this certification. I am a 200+ hour RYT PYT and CNS certified Perinatal Nutritionist. This course did beautiful work interconnecting the two fields of work and passions of mine! Looking forward to taking more on more credits.
I loved the course. It is full of women`s wisdom. Thank you so much for all. Kind regards Christine
Incredible to have this knowledge as a women I believe this course should be taught to all women its important and informative helpful and wish it was taught at schools .
I really enjoyed this in-depth class about woman's health and healing pssibilities through the ayurvedic perspective. The course is rich with information and explains the connection between everything in a very easy-to-understand, but detailed way. I feel confident that this information can make me help guide women on their healing journey. Thank you!
I am a 200h Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and completed the Yin Yoga and currently the online Holistic Health course. I am very satisfied with both of these. The one suggestion I would leave, would be printing the workbooks at once and not in portions. After printing Module 3 poses, the same poses are offered incl. description of getting into poses, but sadly afterwards at end of module.
I love how it gives case studies in the assignments, I noticed it helped me feel more confident while working with other women. I also like how the videos provide a lot of pictures.
A lot of information about woman’s health, really interesting. Also nice that it includes several yoga lessons!
I recommend, to learn more about yourself and to advise other woman!
Something I appreciated about the Health Coach course for women is that it was mandatory to complete the assignment of each section before moving onto the next one. I appreciate that online learning can keep the integrity of deep learning and integration that can so often be skimmed past in online platforms. I found the theory quite dense in a good way and explained clearly, graphics were great.
ireI hesitated for a long time before buying a class with Arhanta Yoga but honestly, I don't regret my purchase. The team is available, professional, the information given is clear and structured. And it's a great advantage to have the latest months available, I go back often! Go for it!
One great thing I learned overall is that there is never going to be one way to heal, as our bodies change through the weeks, months, and years, they need different forms of love and care. Tuning into ourselves and mindfully respecting the changes we go through is the best way to love yourself.
As a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher; prior to this course I had basic knowledge in the doshas and because of Sarah's course, it has provided a foundation of understanding and the quality of implementation. With this course, I am more confident in Ayurveda. I have all the tools to help coach women through home remedies, diet, lifestyle and yoga. Feedback from Brigit was valuable.
