The structure is exceptionally well thought out and has the perfect balance between topics and practical learning. I would highly recommend this course and believe that it is beneficial for individuals tending to teach professionally or for those seeking to broaden their knowledge of yoga. The Arhanta team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to all.” Gráinne, Ireland

how to become a yoga teacher, yoga teacher training europe“When you start this training you are engaging in a big challenge with yourself, both physically and mentally. You grow day by day in the yoga. It is a very intensive program taught by very professional teachers. Together with the volunteers, it is a team always ready to help you and support you. All the pieces of the puzzle are there but they will all fall into place once you are back home. It’s a once in a lifetime experience.” Yvonne, The Netherlands

how to become a yoga teacher, yoga teacher training europe“The teacher training course at the Arhanta was very challenging. We had to study and practice a lot, but we also learned a lot. I especially enjoyed philosophy classes. Now I have a good knowledge of what yoga is. I enjoyed also the different qualities of all the teachers and I especially valued Ram’s asana class because we started to experience that asanas are comfortable and steady positions and this is my goal for the future; to go deeper and deeper in my practice. Thank you very much!” Simona, Italy

how to become a yoga teacher, yoga teacher training europe “Amazing experience for anyone to do for themselves. I loved the challenge it gave me each day physically and mentally. The teaching structure was very good, it is amazing how much I’ve learned over 4 weeks about yoga and about myself. Thank you to the Arhanta yoga teachers and staff.” Erica, Ireland

how to become a yoga teacher, yoga teacher training europe“I’m amazed by how much I have learned the past few weeks. This yoga teacher training is very structured and the teachers are very competent. I feel that I’ve built a solid basis to teach beginners. Before the course I felt a bit insecure, but now I’ve gained the trust that I can teach yoga. I can’t wait to start teaching in real life. I’m very grateful for this experience and everything I’ve learned from the teachers.” Danielle, The Netherlands
