Arhanta Yoga retreat is a non luxurious retreat. It aims to provide an opportunity for self inquiry in a simple and minimalist ashram environment. This also helps us to keep the retreats affordable for everyone. The costs include all taxes, accommodation, three vegetarian meals, and all pranayama, yoga & meditation classes.

Omkar Jain is an experienced yoga teacher trainer with teaching experience of over 5,000 hours. He has been teaching at Arhanta Yoga since 2011 and has become an essential member of the team.
Omkar was born and raised in India, and grew up with traditional values. He has studied with various reputed teachers like Saraswathi Rangaswamy (daughter of Sri. Pattabhi Jois). His classes are fun and challenging for students of all levels. He teaches with focus, discipline and humor at the same time. His ability to comprehensively transmit knowledge helps students to mature into confident teachers.
The retreat will take place at our yoga ashram in the Netherlands. The ashram is located in the picturesque countryside of the Achterhoek, Gelderland. The area is popular with nature lovers, there are numerous places to go for long walks.

You will get a 90 minute classical Hatha Yoga class everyday. This class is suitable for practitioners from all levels. In this class you will get personal guidance from Omkar Jain.
Every evening you will practice gentle Yin Yoga with Omkar. This 60 min class will help you stretch your ligaments and fascia. It is common that you might feel emotional release in this class.
Everyday there will be silent periods where complete silence will be observed. This will help you to find inner peace and reflect on your inner thoughts. You can also engage yourself in various activities like reading, sketching, walking or meditating in this period.
