We are traditional, but our traditions do not restrict us. We regularly research and apply modern science-based anatomy, physiology, and new developments in the fitness and exercise field. This means you are guaranteed proven and accurate knowledge of the best standard.

Our Approach - Empowering

In reality, the concept of “one alignment for all” can turn up empty results. We believe everyone is unique in their body, mind, and capabilities. Therefore, we teach you how to understand your students individually and provide personalized alignments and adjustments.

Our Commitment - Integrity

Kalyani Hauswirth Jain

About the course teacher,

Kalyani Hauswirth

(ERYT-200 and YACEP with 11,000 hours of teaching experience)

Kalyani was born and raised in Switzerland. From early childhood, she has been fascinated by art, bodywork, the body-mind connection, and alternative therapies. Following her strong inclination for art and physical expression, she emigrated to the Netherlands at 19 to study modern dance. Soon after, she was exposed to the teaching and practice of yoga and developed an intrinsic interest in it. She has been teaching yoga since 2007, training yoga teachers since 2012 at the Arhanta Yoga ashrams in India and the Netherlands.

Starting with physical challenges, she transformed her body, mastering many advanced asanas with regular practice and discipline. By following diligent self-practice and working with many teachers, styles, and techniques, she gained a profound understanding of physiology and movement techniques. This, in combination with her extensive teaching experience, gave her an understanding of the importance of structure and sequencing for a holistic yoga asana practice.
