What students are saying about us

This Hatha Yoga teacher training certification has been such an amazing experience. I have learned so much, not only about yoga but also about myself. The teachers are wonderful. You can tell how passionate they are about teaching, and they push you to achieve your best.

My 200-hour yoga teacher training with Arhanta was absolutely brilliant! It offered me challenge, personal & spiritual growth & forced me to confront my fears by completely taking them out of a comfort zone. I recommend this yoga instructor certification program to everyone serious about deepening their understanding of yoga.

It’s amazing how much I have learned in one month of Hatha Yoga teacher training. All the teachers are very supportive. Each day I felt encouraged to try something new and was pushed beyond limits I never knew I had. I feel confident leaving Arhanta and ready to teach. Overall, it was a life changing experience for me.

Our Lineage & Teachings

At Arhanta Yoga, we strive to maintain the authenticity of the tradition and teachings of Swami Sivananda (1887-1963). His teachings have been passed to Ram Jain in the traditional ‘Gurukula system’ since the age of eight years. We now pass these teachings to our students in a non-sectarian manner with a scientific approach.
