My 200 hour yoga teacher training with Arhanta was absolutely brilliant! It offered me challenge, personal & spiritual growth & forced me to confront my fears by completely taking them out of a comfort zone. I would recommend this yoga instructor certification program to everyone who is serious about deepening their understanding of yoga.

It’s amazing how much I have learned in one month Hatha yoga teacher training. All the teachers are very supportive. Each day I felt encouraged to try something new and was pushed beyond limits I never knew I had. I feel confident leaving Arhanta and ready to teach. Overall it was a life changing experience for me.

Our Lineage & Teachings

At Arhanta Yoga we strive to maintain the authenticity of the tradition and teachings of Swami Sivananda (1887-1963). His teachings have been passed to Ram Jain in the traditional ‘Gurukula system’ since the age of eight years. We now pass these teachings to our students in a non-sectarian manner with scientific approach.
