Sarah is a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Food and Lifestyle Coach. Having battled with menstrual problems from an early age, she began investigating and researching women's menstrual health from all angles: physically, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually. This led her down the path of yoga and Ayurveda where she gained the skills and knowledge to treat her issues, and in the process, help others do the same.
