Lucia Seglie is an experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer with a passion for gentle yoga practices and their power to heal, restore and strengthen the body and mind. Lucia’s journey in yoga started in the motherland of yoga, where she gained invaluable skills and insight from traditional Indian teachers.  

In her 10-year teaching career, Lucia has worked with various anatomy and physiology experts, developing a deep understanding and love for practices like Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Postnatal Yoga.
