200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Netherlands
A Yoga Teacher Training Led by Experience, Lineage, and Research

Learning to Teach Yoga with Clarity and Confidence
Becoming a yoga teacher is a meaningful step. For many people, it begins with a personal yoga practice that brings clarity, balance, and strength. Over time, a natural question arises:
Can I share this practice safely and responsibly with others?
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Netherlands is designed for people who want to make that transition with confidence. It is not only about deepening your own practice, but about learning how to teach yoga clearly, safely, and professionally to real students.
The training is offered by Arhanta Yoga, we are an established yoga education school with roots in India and over 18 years of experience in training yoga teachers worldwide. With more than 21000 graduates, our program has been refined over time to focus on what matters most:
practical teaching skills, clear structure, and confidence.
Who This Training Is For
This training is suitable for aspiring yoga teachers and serious yoga practitioners who feel ready to take the next step in their journey. You do not need prior teaching experience, high flexibility, or an advanced practice.
Right for you if:
This training may not be the right fit if your main goal is a holiday, retreat or relaxation experience.
The focus here is on learning how to teach yoga responsibly.

When Practice Feels Good, But Teaching Feels Uncertain
Many aspiring yoga teachers feel confident in their own practice but hesitate when it comes to teaching others. This hesitation is very common and completely natural.
Some of the most common concerns include:
Teaching yoga requires a different skill set than practicing yoga. This training is designed to support that transition, helping you move from personal understanding to confident teaching through guided practice.

Why Many 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings Leave Students Unsure
Many 200-hour yoga teacher trainings place strong emphasis on philosophy, theory, or personal practice. While these elements are valuable, they are often not balanced with enough real teaching practice.
Based on over 18 years of experience and feedback from 21000+ graduates, Arhanta Yoga has observed a consistent pattern: many students complete their training still unsure how to teach a full class on their own.
Without repeated teaching practice, graduates may know many yoga postures and philosophy concepts, but struggle with:
This insight directly shaped how this training is designed.

How This Training Is Designed to Build Teaching Confidence
Instead of overwhelming you with information, the training follows a clear, step-by-step structure.
You receive:
Teaching, cueing, giving corrections, and offering modifications are practiced throughout the course, not saved for the end.
As a result, your skills and confidence build steadily, and teaching feels natural by the time you finish.

Authentic Roots in India: Why This Matters
Arhanta Yoga originates from India, the birthplace of yoga.
The Arhanta Yoga Ashram in the Netherlands is the European branch of the Arhanta Yoga Ashram in India. At Arhanta, yoga teacher trainings and advanced programs have been run all year since 2008.
The European training follows the same teaching principles, standards, and methods as the Indian ashram. The teachers also remain the same to ensure continuity, depth, and authenticity.
With Arhanta Yoga, you receive authentic yoga education with clear structure and professional teaching standards.

Gianni - Italy

This was not an easy training, but it was exactly what I was looking for. Clear standards, real assessments, and no unnecessary spiritual talk. I felt properly trained, not just certified.
Amanda - Brazil

What stood out most was the teaching methodology. I had done yoga for years, but I had never learned how to teach it systematically. After this training, I felt prepared to stand in front of a class and take responsibility.
