"I did my 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles with Arhanta Yoga. It was nothing short of life-changing for me. I met Nathan three years prior. He is a master of his craft, but more importantly, he is unbelievably passionate about spreading the multifaceted benefits of yoga. He has trained in India on more than one occasion, and is bringing thousands of years of tradition to a young Western culture. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher, someone who teaches you how to teach, as well as the postures, but also how to deepen your own practice and delve into the rich history and philosophy. I could not recommend Nathan higher. I hope you have the opportunity to learn from him as well.”
Jesse - Pepe
"Wonderful yoga teacher training! It offered a vast amount of information on yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, practicing and teaching asana, and more. All lectures and asana classes were informative and engaging. Teachers are very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, encouraging and supportive. Everything was approached with professionalism, positive attitude, and kindness. Overall it was a wonderful, rewarding, and inspiring experience. I enjoyed every moment of it, even the challenging ones! I feel very confident in all the knowledge acquired and ready to teach. Highly recommend!”

"The excellent set up of the Arhanta Yoga teacher training course gave me the chance to grow gradually and naturally into the role of a yoga teacher. The teacher at Arhanta Yoga in Los Angeles gave me knowledge and firm practice to feel confident and responsible to teach my own yoga class. I congratulate them on their well structured course, teaching method and professionalism and I loved their dedication, always serious and clear but at the same time a lot of humor as well"

"This 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course in Los Angeles was a truly wonderful experience for me. I was given a firm background in yogic philosophy, history, asana and lore. We were all given ample opportunity to practice and refine our teaching skills, beginning student teaching on the first full day of class. The course was challenging both mentally and physically, but with all of the help and coaching of our instructor Nathan Anderson, it was very manageable. Thank you, Nathan and Arhanta Yoga Los Angeles; I know that this will be an experience I will reflect and build upon for the rest of my life."
